John 7:17-19

¹⁷ If any person desires to do his will, he will know concerning the doctrine, whether it is of God or whether I speak of myself. ¹⁸ He who speaks of himself seeks his own glory. But he who seeks the glory of the one who sent him, such a person is true, and no unrighteousness is in him. ¹⁹ Did not Moses give you a law? And yet none of you keeps the law. Why are you going about to kill me?
